Position: Executive Chef job
About: The Executive Chef position at our establishment involves overseeing the daily kitchen operations, implementing production processes, menu planning, catering, managing food and labor costs, and ensuring compliance with HACCP standards. We are looking for a candidate with experience in supervising kitchen teams, motivating staff, and driving continuous performance improvement.
Requirements: BS/BA in Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, or Hotel/Restaurant/Hospitality Management preferred; Certified Dietetic Manager Program (or state equivalent or degree equivalent) preferred; 2-5 years of related experience at Executive Chef or equivalent level; success in fast-paced environments; completion of Five Star executive chef certification program within 12 months of employment
