They cater to high-profile passengers, including celebrities, government officials, and industry leaders, traveling in and out of Houston and Dallas aboard private, corporate, and commercial aircraft. Additionally, Abby’s offers exclusive gourmet delights for corporate offices, private events, and food service management contracts in the Houston and Dallas metro areas.

Requirements: This position requires a Monday-Friday work schedule with a focus on breakfast and lunch services, occasional nights for high-profile functions, experience in Leadership, Management, Accountability, Training, Teaching abilities, strong culinary skills in hot and cold preparations, Food Protection Manager Certification, 5+ years hands-on experience as an Executive Chef, knowledge of HACCP, food safety programs, food industry standards, controlling food and labor costs, planning based on volume forecasts, cultivating working relationships with coworkers, proficiency in IT use (Microsoft Office), ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, effective communication in a multi-cultural workforce, adaptability to change, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, exceptional Food Safety and Sanitation knowledge
