Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant setting; in-depth knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine and a passion for exploring diverse flavors; strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to lead by example; exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment; experience with inventory management, ordering processes, and cost control; food safety certification and understanding of health and safety regulations; excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
