Position: Executive Chef job
About: ISS Group’s Guckenheimer is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Executive Chef to oversee all back-of-house operations and support multiple cafes on campus. The Executive Chef plays a crucial role in ensuring client and guest satisfaction by upholding high-quality standards and implementing culinary best practices and policies. This position collaborates closely with the General Manager to achieve financial success through efficient operations and adherence to ISS Guckenheimer guidelines and SOPs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in operating a successful restaurant or corporate dining facility; ServSafe certified or ability to become certified; strong communication skills; ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs
