Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; minimum of five years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience, including leading a high-volume corporate dining account; extensive catering experience required; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends; hands-on chef experience leading a sizable team; experience with food cost controls and presentation; computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications; ServSafe certified highly desirable
