Position: Executive Chef job

About: City Winery, a unique facility that combines a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, is looking for an Executive Chef to oversee culinary strategies and daily operations ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation. The establishment aims to provide a combined culinary and cultural experience in the heart of large cities, bringing the wine country experience to urban settings.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in an overall kitchen leadership or similar role; AOS Culinary School Graduate and/or related training is a plus; Functional working knowledge of Health Department, OSHA, and related regulations; Ability to multitask and manage projects in a fast-paced environment; Strong decision-making and analytical skills; Servsafe food handler’s certificate required; Proficient computer and technological skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to work collaboratively across company levels; Physical capability to meet job requirements; Flexible schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
