Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role; in-depth knowledge of Spanish and South American cuisine; demonstrated leadership and team management skills; ability to manage inventory effectively and create seasonal menus; familiarity with nutrition and sanitation regulations
