Requirements: A minimum of 6 years in a kitchen leadership role as Head Chef or Executive Chef in the hospitality industry or a fast-paced setting; flexibility in schedule to meet demands; clear and effective communication skills; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods; expert knowledge of cuisine; advanced culinary skills; ability to develop unique recipes; knowledge of industry trends and food handling regulations; experience in training and supervising staff; exceptional leadership, time management, and organizational skills.
