Position: Executive Chef job
About: Aramark Healthcare is seeking an Executive Chef for the University of Chicago Medicine in Chicago, IL. The Executive Chef oversees chef managers and hourly culinary staff, developing and executing culinary solutions to meet customer needs and tastes. The position offers a wide variety of culinary solutions, manages culinary operations, and applies culinary techniques to food preparation and service.
Requirements: Requires at least 4 years of culinary experience; at least 2 years in a management role preferred; culinary degree or equivalent experience required; ability to multi-task; advanced knowledge of principles and practices within the food profession; strong oral, reading, and written communication skills
