Requirements: Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role; strong knowledge of culinary techniques and trends; menu planning and food presentation skills; leadership and team management abilities; inventory management and cost control skills; understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations; excellent communication and organizational skills; culinary degree or equivalent work experience; experience in Texas BBQ is a plus
