Position: Executive Chef job
About: An upscale, independent restaurant with an elevated menu focusing on fresh ingredients, steaks, and seafood seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead kitchen operations, develop dynamic seasonal menus, and maintain a culture of culinary excellence. The Executive Chef will oversee the training and development of kitchen staff, collaborate with the General Manager on budgeting, and ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas.
Requirements: A culinary arts bachelor’s degree (preferred); 5 years of restaurant experience including 2+ years in management (preferred); experience with new restaurant openings (preferred)
