About: MM by Morimoto, a high-end Japanese concept in Miami founded by Chef Masaharu Morimoto, known for his blend of traditional techniques with modern innovation. The restaurant showcases precision, artistry, and the finest ingredients, including a new steak program. The Executive Chef will lead the culinary operations to deliver an exceptional dining experience to every guest.

Requirements: Must have at least 5 years of culinary leadership experience as an Executive Chef in a high volume, upscale, full-service kitchen; Candidate must have proven exemplary culinary skills, knowledge on sushi and steak concepts preferred; Serve Safe Certification Required; Must have strong financial acumen to create and understand financial reports, menu costing, inventory control, and budgeting; Proven ability to lead, develop, and develop a talented culinary team; Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays
