Position: Executive Chef job
About: Hyatt Regency Cleveland is seeking an Executive Chef to join our team. As a member of the hotel Executive Committee, the Executive Chef plays a vital role in kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring the highest culinary standards are maintained. This position reports directly to the hotel General Manager and offers exposure to Senior and Corporate leadership.
Requirements: 6 years or more of progressive hotel Culinary experience (typically with Hyatt); at least 4 years experience in a senior role in a culinary environment; proven leadership skills; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds; service-oriented style with professional presentation skills; proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
