About: Landry’s Seafood is seeking an experienced Culinary Manager with a strong background in upscale/fine dining establishments to join their team. The role involves overseeing back-of-house operations, staff management, and ensuring quality and cost control in a fast-paced and dynamic kitchen environment.
Requirements: At least 5 years of Culinary Management experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Chef in an upscale/fine dining establishment; strong knowledge of back-of-the-house operations, including staff supervision, inventory controls, food/labor costs, and product quality; excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills; stable and progressive work history; strong work ethic
