Position: Executive Chef job
About: SkyBridge Luxury & Associates is seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Chef on behalf of our client in Jackson, Mississippi. This role oversees all culinary operations, ensuring high-quality food preparation, cost control, and compliance with hygiene and safety standards. A strong leader and creative culinary expert, the Executive Chef will drive excellence across all kitchen and outlet operations.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience in a similar leadership role in a full-service hotel or resort; Food service certification required; Strong communication and leadership skills; Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs independently; Flexible availability including weekends and holidays; Knowledge of food allergies, plating standards, and culinary trends
