About: The Delta One Premier Lounge at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, operated by Compass-USA, is seeking an Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations in this upscale elite environment. This exclusive lounge offers exceptional dining experiences and is a rare opportunity as there are only 3 Delta One Lounges in the United States, with the Seattle location opening soon.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in Fine Dining and/or VIP Clubs is REQUIRED; culinary degree preferred; three to five years of culinary management experience; high-volume production and catering experience essential; previous experience managing cost controls; desire to learn and grow with a top-notch foodservice company
