Position: EXECUTIVE CHEF I
About: Unidine, a member of Compass Group USA, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef I to lead their culinary operation. Unidine is known for its commitment to scratch cooking, innovative dining programs, and exceptional guest experiences in various hospitality food service establishments across the nation.
Requirements: A.S. or equivalent experience; minimum 5 years of progressive culinary/kitchen management experience; extensive catering experience a plus; high volume, complex foodservice operations experience highly desirable; hands-on chef experience a must; comprehensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation; experienced with computers including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Outlook, E-mail, and the Internet; ServSafe certified highly desirable
