About: Delaware North Parks and Resorts, located at The Squire at Grand Canyon, a Holiday Inn Resort in Tusayan, Arizona, is seeking an experienced and passionate Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations. Requirements: Minimum two years’ experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume leading concept with five years’ culinary experience; Certificate or degree in Culinary Arts preferred; ServSafe Manager and Food Safety Handler certifications required; Strong financial and computer skills; Ability to work a flexible schedule; Proven leadership abilities
