Position: Executive Chef 3

About: Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef at The College of New Jersey. The Executive Chef will be responsible for all Food and Beverage in all Retail and Catering locations, must be creative, innovative, and have a strong understanding of operational finances. The employee base is unionized, there is a lot of client/student interaction. The candidate must be visible during meal periods and work closely with all culinary and management staff.

Requirements: Minimum education requirement – Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum management experience – 3 years; Minimum functional experience – 3 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
