Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo Corporate Services is seeking an Executive Chef 2 to join the team at Campbells in Camden, NJ. The food landscape includes a main cafe, 2 micro-markets, 12 pantries, a company store, a daycare feeding about 100 children, and catering operations. Additionally, a campus center with a coffee bar and after-hours catering is in the works. The Executive Chef 2 will work under the Sr. Manager Area Support Culinary person, overseeing day-to-day culinary operations.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
