Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for an Executive Chef 2 to join their team at Campbells in Camden, NJ. The establishment includes 1 main cafe, 2 micro-markets, 12 pantries, a company store, a daycare feeding about 100 children, and catering operations. Additionally, they are opening a campus center with a coffee bar and after-hours catering. The Executive Chef 2 will work under the direction of the Senior Manager Area Support Culinary person, being involved in day-to-day culinary operations.
Requirements: Minimum education requirement is an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; minimum management experience of 2 years; minimum functional experience of 2 years in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
