Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 for Texas Southern University located in Houston, TX. This position will assist in overseeing food production operations for two dining halls and a very active campus catering department serving over 2,000 students on a university meal plan. Responsibilities include product purchasing, inventory control, hiring, training, and shift scheduling for 50-70 hourly employees.
Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement – Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience – 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience – 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
