Position: Executive Chef 2
About: Sodexo is seeking an experienced Executive Chef 2 at Capital Health Regional Medical Center in Trenton, NJ. This Executive Chef 2 will be responsible for oversight of all culinary operations, ensuring excellence in front and back of the house operations in retail, patient services, and catering operations. Requirements: Minimum Education Requirement: Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience; Minimum Management Experience: 2 years; Minimum Functional Experience: 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
