Position: Executive Banquet Chef
About: Cipriani is seeking a hospitality-focused and organized individual to join their team as an Executive Banquet Chef. The Executive Banquet Chef will oversee all banquet kitchen operations, menu creation, food preparation, and execution of large-scale events in collaboration with the Banquet Director, catering team, and kitchen staff to ensure high culinary standards and seamless operations.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, with a focus on fine dining; advanced knowledge of cost control, inventory management, and food procurement; excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills; strong understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, and kitchen equipment; proficiency in food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards; knowledge of Italian cuisine and ability to execute authentic dishes
