Position: Executive Assistant & Office Manager (Hybrid, 3 days per week)
About: A company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Office Manager to provide top-tier administrative support for their CEO, while also managing key office operations. This role is ideal for a resourceful professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience working with senior executives, board members, and investors. In addition to managing the CEO’s calendar and communications, the EA will provide administrative support for the extended executive team, oversee internal events, order and maintain office supplies, and assist with operational initiatives.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Office Manager role, ideally supporting C-level executives; strong background in calendar management, travel coordination, and executive communications; experience interfacing with board-level executives and investors; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides); strong attention to detail, particularly in preparing professional slide decks and written communications; excellent interpersonal skills with a polished and professional demeanor; ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion; self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment; experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced corporate environment is preferred; experience with tools such as Slack, Teams, or Zoom for workflow and communication; ability to be onsite, in the office three days per week with potential for four days during busy periods.
