Position: Executive Assistant, Equipment and Functions

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of administrative experience in a corporate environment supporting multiple executives; High School Diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred; Previous experience with international travel requirements; Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with video conferencing; Experience in planning and executing meetings; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Experience working in a matrixed organization; Demonstrated critical thinking skills; Previous experience working for a global multinational Fortune 500 company; Relocation assistance may be provided if eligibility requirements are met.
