Position: Executive Assistant and Office Manager

The Executive Assistant and Office Manager position at XPO entails fostering a welcoming environment, providing exemplary customer service, maintaining confidentiality, drafting presentations, managing calendars, arranging travel itineraries, overseeing office supplies and cleanliness, managing security systems, and supporting new employee onboarding at their corporate headquarters in Boston, MA.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience; 2 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive support role; proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint); demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines; 5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role; eye for detail, meticulous grammar, and a creative thinker; able to maintain confidentiality; highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills; typing speed of at least 70+ wpm
