Position: Executive Assistant & Alumni Engagement Coordinator
About: The University of Toledo Alumni Association is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Assistant to provide support to the Associate Vice President of Alumni Engagement and Annual Giving and the Alumni Association Board of Trustees. The role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and supporting alumni events and activities.
Requirements: Associate degree in business, secretarial science, or related field preferred; minimum 3-5 years of executive administrative assistant experience preferred; high skill level with Microsoft Office 365 required; experience in event coordination or meeting planning preferred; ability to learn job-specific technology and applications; non-profit experience preferred
