Position: Executive Assistant

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5 years of comparable experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Assistant; advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and Outlook programs; excellent telephone skills; ability to draft letters, prepare meeting materials, and manage office procedures; proficiency in Microsoft Office Product Suite (Word, Excel); authorization to work in the United States
