Position: Events & Travel Services Operations Administrator
About: Concacaf, The Confederation of North, Central America and Caribbean Association Football, is looking to hire an Events & Travel Services Operations Administrator to support the Event and Travel Services Department at their headquarters in Miami. Concacaf is dedicated to developing, promoting, and managing football across the region, uniting 41 national associations from Canada to countries in South America.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field; experience in events planning and management; proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; negotiation skills with hotels and vendors; excellent written and verbal communication; ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently; willingness to travel nationally and internationally for work; flexibility in work schedules.
