Position: Events Specialist – MSB

About: Residence Inn Long Beach is seeking a detail-oriented and organized candidate to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. This position involves providing event planning and sales support for property General Managers, maintaining website content, and handling administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a seamless experience for guests attending events at the property and maintaining positive guest relations in a professional manner.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; previous experience in event planning, sales support, or administrative roles preferred; strong communication and organization skills; ability to adhere to company policies and procedures; physical ability to stand, sit, walk, and lift objects up to 10 pounds without assistance
