Position: Events Specialist
About: Confluent, a leading data streaming platform company, is seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Events Specialist to join their marketing team. The Events Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing a variety of events that promote Confluent’s brand, engage the audience, and support business objectives.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field; 2-4 years of experience in event coordination, project management, or a similar role; exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines; strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships; proficiency in event management software, event technology, Slack, and G-Suite; proactive and adaptable mindset capable of navigating fast-paced environments
