About: Join UCLA College Development team as a Senior Events Manager and contribute to raising awareness and support for vital priorities. Showcase your event planning skills by developing and managing a variety of events to engage prospects, donors, and alumni effectively.
Requirements: A minimum of five years of professional event management experience; Experience with all logistical support elements of special events; Experience creating, managing and tracking event budgets; Demonstrated skill in developing and implementing event logistics; Ability to handle external constituents with tact; Knowledge of event protocols and procedures; Strong interpersonal skills; Outstanding writing and editing skills; Highly organized and detail-oriented; Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe suite; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
