About: Advance your career as the Associate Director of Events within the UCLA Student Alumni Programs & Family Engagement (SAPFE) team where your skills and expertise will have a strong impact in expanding the breadth and depth of engagement efforts. Collaborate to develop and execute events to maximize alumni engagement in campus initiatives.
Requirements: A minimum of five years of professional event management experience; Experience managing event budgets and logistical support elements; Ability to handle fast-paced and evolving situations with diplomacy; Working knowledge of event policies and procedures in a university or non-profit setting; Strong interpersonal, organizational, and writing skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe suites; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Background check; Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and travel to off-site events with short notice.
