Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field highly desired; 2+ years of experience as an Event Sales Manager (or comparable role) in the hospitality field; Experience with Tripleseat, Toast, and OpenTable; proficient in MS Office; strong understanding of KPIs, marketing strategies, and event sales best practices; exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; highly organized, customer-focused, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment; collaborative team player with leadership qualities and a service-driven mindset; flexible schedule with availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
