Position: Events Resource Planner

With over 30 years of experience, they have powered spectacular shows globally. In 2025, they will be supporting the world’s most watched sporting events across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. Aggreko is hiring for the position of Event Resource Planner to help power progress for their customers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant years of experience in travel coordination, administration, or any related field; experience with booking platforms, travel agencies, and able to perform with a sense of urgency; proficient in travel management software, booking platforms, and Microsoft office tools; strong interpersonal skills as well as stakeholders management experience; ability to manage budgets, track expenses, negotiate with vendors effectively, and able to travel up to 50% of the time
