Position: Events Program Coordinator, MIT Museum/Nord Anglia Collaboration
About: MIT Museum, in collaboration with Nord Anglia Education, is seeking an Events Program Coordinator to oversee all aspects of the annual teacher trip, student trip, and regional lead trip to MIT, managing logistics, vendor communication, scheduling tours and activities, and serving as the main point of contact. The collaboration aims to provide STEAM programming to students and teachers at Nord Anglia Education’s global schools.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience; highly organized, detail-oriented, flexible, and adaptable team player with a passion for complex logistics management and event production; effective communication skills; availability to work occasional nights and weekends; working knowledge of MIT and Airtable preferred; proficiency in MS Office Suite, including OneDrive, Excel, database development, and Internet applications
