Requirements: 5+ years of marketing experience in high-level live events, festivals, or concerts; proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns; strong understanding of digital marketing channels; exceptional project management skills; knowledge of event promotion, branding, and experiential marketing strategies; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; passion for live entertainment; data-driven mindset; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
