Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on high-level live events, festivals, or concerts; proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns for major events; strong understanding of digital marketing channels, event promotion, branding, and experiential marketing strategies; exceptional project management skills; excellent communication and relationship-building skills; passion for live entertainment; data-driven mindset; ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
