Position: Events & Marketing Coordinator
About: Metropolitan Industries is a leading provider and innovator of water and wastewater solutions. With over 65 years of experience, they specialize in designing, manufacturing, and servicing advanced pump systems and controls for municipal, commercial, and industrial sectors, aiming to deliver reliable, efficient, and sustainable solutions for clients.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or related field preferred; strong organizational and project management skills; excellent written, interpersonal, and customer service skills; high attention to detail with the ability to multitask; ability to work independently and as part of a team; sound knowledge of Microsoft applications i.e. Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiar with marketing software/tools (e.g. CRM, email marketing platforms) is a plus; familiar with Adobe CC, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, or Illustrator is a plus; previous internship or volunteer experience in event planning or marketing is a plus
