Requirements: 3-4 years of successful event management experience in a fast-paced environment; Proven experience managing events for 350-750+ employees both on-site and off-site; Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Budget management, financial planning, tracking, and analysis experience; Strong cross-functional relationships, customer service, and collaboration skills; Analytical thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills; Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Customer-focused mindset and commitment to high service standards; Proactive in communicating change and evaluating risk; Comfortable using Zoom features and Google suite; Willingness to travel for events; Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
