Position: Events Manager, Events & Experiences
About: Join our Events & Experiences team within the People organization, working under the guidance of our Sr Manager of Events & Experiences. This team focuses on promoting belonging, operational excellence, and delivering a seamless employee experience through in-person and virtual events.
Requirements: 3-4 years of successful event management experience in a fast-paced setting; experience managing events with 350-750+ attendees both on-site and off-site; strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; budget management expertise; ability to build cross-functional relationships and collaborate effectively; exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously; customer-focused mindset with a commitment to high service standards; proficiency in strategic planning and problem-solving; willingness to travel for events; dedication to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives
