Position: Events Manager
About: Hilton Miami Blue Lagoon is seeking an Events Manager to oversee the coordination of all event activities, ensuring exceptional service delivery before, during, and after events. The role involves collaborating with various departments to enhance guest experiences and maximize revenue through upselling and enhancements for remarkable events.
Requirements: High school degree (or equivalency) with Hotel/College training preferred; Previous Restaurant or Hotel Food and Beverage experience preferred; Solid understanding of banquet revenue generation; Creative, proactive, and customer-oriented; High energy and outgoing personality; Organizational skills and attention to detail; Diplomatic team player; Excellent written and oral communication; Proficient in Microsoft Office, event management software, and customer management platform; Excellent time management; Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment; Self-motivated; Positive attitude and hands-on approach; Flexible schedule for days, nights, holidays, and weekends as per hotel demands.
