Position: Events Manager
About: Zoom is seeking a results-driven Events Manager to plan, oversee, and scale Zoom-hosted events or third-party trade shows. The ideal candidate will leverage a proven track record of managing successful in-person and virtual events, collaborating with cross-functional teams for alignment in a fast-paced environment. This role involves creating strategies, plans, budgets, and executing events from end to end, requiring excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements: 5+ years of experience in event management and execution; Knowledge of channel and partner GTM strategy, event best practices, and marketing in a high-tech, B2B, or SaaS company; Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in G-Suite, Salesforce, marketing automation tools, and project management tools; Adaptability in an ambiguous environment with leadership and teamwork abilities.
