Position: Events Manager
About: City Winery is a unique establishment that combines a fully functioning winery with intimate concerts, food & wine classes, private events, and fine dining, providing a premium culinary and cultural experience to its customers. Founded by music industry veteran Michael Dorf, City Winery offers top-notch events and experiences, aiming to reimagine the future of live music and hospitality.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in event sales/management or equivalent relevant experience; proven background in strategizing and executing on-premise events; strong customer service skills and the ability to negotiate, influence, and sell prospective clients; professional and effective interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, both written and oral; appreciation and general understanding of the music, food, and wine business; proven revenue and budget management skills; exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed; bachelor’s degree preferred
