Position: Events Manager
About: Bellevue College Food Services is seeking an Events Manager to oversee venue scheduling, contracts, and services for on-campus venue rentals, including event coordination and completion. The college serves a diverse student population and promotes student success through high-quality educational programs and services.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Hospitality Management or related area; 3+ years management experience in large-scale event venue or hotel catering operations; 2+ years supervising employees; effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and follow up; knowledge of local and state health regulations, event software scheduling, food and beverage preparations, food safety and sanitation practices, and Microsoft Office products; must have King County Food Handler’s Permit and valid Washington driver’s license
