Position: Events Manager
About: JW Marriott Houston by The Galleria in Houston, Texas, is seeking a detail-oriented Event Manager to join their team, responsible for coordinating and executing property events with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 1-2 years of experience in event management or related area; OR 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field; at least 1 year of experience in event management or related area. Strong organizational skills, ability to collaborate effectively with different teams, attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in sales and revenue forecasting.
