Position: Events Manager
About: ASM Global, a leading venue management company and producer of live event experiences, manages over 350 venues worldwide, including the Long Beach Convention and Entertainment Center. They are dedicated to enhancing the experience of both their team members and guests through investments in growth, resources, and technology.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree preferred; minimum of two years management level experience coordinating events in a multi-purpose facility; working knowledge of facility management principles; excellent verbal and written skills; excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs; ability to work long and irregular hours, including weekends and holidays
