Position: Events Manager
About: As the Manager of Events at Construction Association of South Florida (CASF), you will lead a diverse portfolio of networking, educational, and social events. The role requires a self-motivated team player with a track record in managing high-profile events, adept at juggling multiple deadlines, and resourceful in overcoming challenges while ensuring events align with business objectives and professional standards.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in communications, hospitality, or marketing; 3-4 years of events-related experience with corporate and/or nonprofit events background; proficiency in contract negotiations and budget management; ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines consistently; strong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills; excellent oral and written communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willing to travel locally and lift up to 35 lbs
