Position: Events & Experience Manager
About: Hotel Anna & Bel, nestled in the vibrant Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Events and Experience Manager to join their team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this critical role is responsible for managing and executing onsite events, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering connections within the local community. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in event or catering management, a flexible schedule, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. A background in corporate or catering event management is strongly preferred.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in event management or catering sales, preferably within the hospitality industry; strong interpersonal and communication skills to build meaningful client and stakeholder relationships; exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities; flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by events; proficiency in event management software and CRM systems; knowledge of the Fishtown area and its local businesses is a plus; hotel catering experience is highly preferred
